Reindeer nails!

This cute reindeer nail art is perfect for Christmas time and it's very easy to do.

I started by painting a brown circle on the tip of my ringfiger nail (picture 1). Then I added small ears with a toothpick dipped into same polish (picture 2). After that I used a thin nail art brush and brown polish to add his antlers (picture 3). On pictures 4, 5 and 6 you can see how I used dots of different colors and size to finish the reindeer. I also painted a reindeer on my thumb and I simply painted the rest of my nails with red polish. Feel free to give this design a try and let me know what do you think about this manicure. :)

Christmas tree nails!

Christmas is almost here and for me one of the best parts of it is doing Christmas themed nail art. This year I started by doing a simple Christmas tree using typical Christmas colors: green, red and gold.

I only created a tree on my ring finger using a scotch tape. For the rest of my fingers I decided to keep it simple and just added alternating red an gold dots on a green base. Feel free to give this design a try and let me know what do you think about this manicure. :)

A nail design easier than it looks!

I know it seems that it took me a lot of time and patience to do this nail art but you'll be suprised when you find out how easy it is. Here is a step-by-step picture.
First I painted my nails light blue and then vertically covered a part of a nail with dark blue. Then I just used dotting tool to added dark blue dots along the side of the dark blue part and light blue dots along the side of the light blue part. I finished by adding smaller dots: light blue ones on dark blue area and dark blue ones on light blue area. You can easily recreate this design even if you don't have a dotting tool - just use a toothpick or end of a bobby pin. Fell free to give this design a try and let me know what do you think about this manicure. :)

Blue ombre nails!

I just came across this picture of a mani I did a while a ago and I wanted to show it to you because it's very easy to do and I believe it looks great. I started by painting my nails white so that colours can be more vivid. Then I sponged light blue polish at the bottom of my nails, blue in the middle and dark blue at the tip. I finished it of with a fast-drying top coat and added a coat of blue glitter polish. And that's it! Pretty simple, huh?

Feel free to give this design a try and let me know what do you think about this manicure.

Film strip nail art!

For my first post I decided to show you how I made film strip nails. I started by painting my tips white and then I added two thin black horizontal lines using a black striper. I connected these lines with vertical black lines and added small white dots on the vertical lines using a toothpick dipped into white nail polish. Feel free to give this design a try and let me know what do you think about this manicure.
